Role Overview -

We at Khel Sahayog are looking for a dynamic Partnerships, Sponsorships & Fundraising Manager to drive collaborations with corporates, NGOs, sports organizations, and brands. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, securing sponsorships, and leading fundraising efforts to ensure the financial sustainability of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities -

Partnership Development

• Identify and build relationships with corporates, foundations, NGOs, sports bodies, and government agencies.

• Develop mutually beneficial collaborations to enhance grassroots sports programs.

• Draft MOUs, partnership proposals, and agreements.

• Manage and nurture existing partnerships for long-term impact.

Sponsorship Acquisition & Management

• Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals to potential corporate sponsors and brands.

• Secure financial & in-kind sponsorships (equipment, training facilities, athlete scholarships, etc.).

• Ensure brand visibility and ROI for sponsors through activations, social media, and events.

Fundraising & CSR Engagement

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support Khel Sahayog’s initiatives.

• Engage with companies for CSR funding opportunities under sports development.

• Organize crowdfunding campaigns, donor outreach programs, and fundraising events.

• Identify and apply for grants, awards, and government funding schemes.

• Work with the marketing team to create sponsor-friendly campaigns and activations.

• Monitor and report impact metrics to partners, sponsors, and donors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising, or business development (preferably in sports, NGOs, or corporate CSR).
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Being proactive, taking ownership and brainstorming new ideas to make a bigger impact
Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of CSR policies, fundraising platforms, and sponsorship trends.
Experience in grant writing and donor engagement is a plus.
Passion for sports development and social impact.
